Wonderful Wednesday - Spring UFO Club Finish - The Second

Welcome to another edition of Wonderful Wednesday!!  I'm here to tell you about my recent quilty finish.  It's a donation piece for an event at SECU Family House, in appreciation for their gracious hospitality.  Our Quilt Bee hosts Sew Days there two or three times each year.  We are honored to be able to give back with our time and talents.

SECU Table Topper Donations:

There's one more that didn't make the photo.

Here is the one that I made:

This is my 2nd Spring 2019 (Ravelry) UFO Club finish.  I am SEW happy that I actually remembered to add it to the list!

I'm even more pleased that I was able to complete it on time.

I couldn't be more pleased...

Well...

Unless, of course, the triangles had come out evenly!!  Alas, they did not.  It will be fine!  I'm going with the fact that it's a table topper that a floral centerpiece will be resting on.  :P

Here is my table topper (top left) with its family members made by some of my Bee Mates, from scrap strips donated to our Bee by Pineapple Fabrics:

I want to send a special thank you to Pineapple Fabrics for their generous contribution in support of our charity work!!

Until next time...
(Hoping) NON-Quilters won't notice quilting imperfections!!!

  2. I made October Sky - the quilt that is hanging in the background - it was my 2nd or 3rd pieced quilt! I believe I won a 3rd place with it! It is a beautiful quilt! Very nice block/table topper!
