SUNDAY - (Not so...) Mini Monday (On a Sunday)
Zooming in Sue's World:
MONDAY - Mail Call Monday
Work and an afternoon of working on the first lesson of my latest art class. All four collages in the series still need more papers before gluing can begin:
TUESDAY - Tidy Up Tuesday
Work and...
Hanging out with friends at Evening Quilt Bee, the one where I completely forgot to take a group photo until we were leaving!!! Even so, it was a good night with 7 members present:
Speaking of presents...
Sue got me the journal that got away when I went shopping last week:
The new mini iron that I traded PANTONE postcards for from Britt:
AND another sandwich baggie of scraps from Maggie:
Thanks, you guys!! What a great night!!
WEDNESDAY - Work and...
Waiting for Angela's announcement of the March Color of the Month...
Zoom with LeeAnna @ Not Afraid of Color:
The second lesson for the Collage Makers Summit is mocked up, but I haven't been able to decide if they're done or if the need a little something more:
THURSDAY - Work was followed by grocery shopping which was followed by arting...
The top two collages got scrapped, but these are finished except for a pink circle stamp of some kind up in the top left corner:
I'm pleased to announce that Angela released the Color Announcement...
GREEN!!! :o))
FRIDAY - Knit Group was a small affair this morning. Just two of us and I forgot to take a photo!! :o((
I did take a picture of the GREEN "craft" cart that I saw at Harbor Freight:
SATURDAY - It's LINK PARTY day for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge! I hope you will join me in visiting Angela @ So Scrappy to see what the RSC Quilters have been up to this week. I know many of them will have gotten a good start on their GREEN scrap sewing. Apologies to the friends that I never got around to visiting last week! I'll try to do better this time.
I'm late to the party, but Cynthia @ Quilting is more fun than Housework has announced her next Compassion Quilt Block Drive. She offered a 6.5" and 12.5" Churn Dash, along with a 6.5" sized 4-Patch block. You can make the blocks in any combination of Red/White/Blue that works for the scraps you have on hand and as many of each block as you would like. Even ONE single block will help her cause.
Until next time...
Get SCRAPPY!!
