Welcome to Week 38 of the 2020 Rainbow Scrap Challenge!! This week was filled to the brim with a variety of sewing tasks. Some of them were RED for September's RSC Color of the Month.
SUNDAY - I had some pressing matters to attend to. Pressing pieces of binding scraps for my Sapphires, No Stars quilt, 2017 Mystery by Kevin the Quilter, as seen in the background of the photo below...
... Pressing units for my niece's wedding quilt, which I pieced as leader/enders between other random bits of sewing...
... And pressing sewn bits of RED scraps for this month's Quilted Basket Challenge with Judy @ Busy Hands Are Happy Hands:
MONDAY - Today, I played catch-up on writing and scheduling several upcoming blog posts. (Thanks, Jasmine!!) I also released a new Mini Monday post. Here's a bigger sneak peek than I usually share:

TUESDAY - I had planned to meet a friend for coffee with a side of knitting this morning, but we canceled. :o((
No worries, though! I had errands to run...
First, a stop at Dee Dee's:
Followed by a stop at Candy's:
This afternoon, I worked on ALL the projects...
... AND...
... Zoomed with LeeAnna:
I was supposed to have cleared a spot on my sewing table so that I could square up blocks or cut out the pieces of a new project while we were chatting. Well, THAT didn't happen!! I knit, instead:
WEDNESDAY - What to do with a FREE day?!?! Just kidding. It started early with Grocery Processing Day and continued with helping an elderly friend, followed by a phone call from LeeAnna, then ended with some computer work and doing a bit of quilting on my Secret Sewing project:
THURSDAY - ZoomBEE met this morning. These quilting friends enjoyed a lively chat and some fabulous Show and Tell:
I shared my current IMPROV piece that began with this stack of small purple scraps:
FRIDAY - ZoomKNIT met this morning. There were six yarn-y friends in attendance...
But NO photo (unless you count the one in my mind's eye.)
This is why I usually take the photo right away... I actually FORGOT today's picture!!! :o((
This afternoon, I worked on Sapphires, No Stars. Binding for the longtime UFO was prepared and applied. Whoops! I managed to make about 3" too little. Time to check the scrap bin, again:
SATURDAY - It's LINK PARTY day over on Angela's So Scrappy blog. The RED projects should be starting to roll in. Let's go have a look!
Until next time...
Scrap SEW safely!!!
