Welcome to another edition of Sew Some Love Sunday!! This week I'm back to share what happened over the Labor Day holiday weekend. I'll give you a hint. It involved the LWR effort going on here at The Joyful Quilter!
Britt stopped by for a (socially distant) visit, but mainly she came over for the 1st round of square selection:
She pulled up a chair piece of cement to sort through the 500 squares contributed by Nann @ With Strings Attached and took enough squares to make TWO quilts:
Thanks, B!!! That's a great start. 90 down, 410 to go!! :o))
Just so you know...
She already offered to quilt some of the quilts, too. What a good friend!!
This is a BIG project and YOU can still help!!
1. Ask about my PayPal email. Shipping funds are still needed.
2. Good quality Twin sized polyester batting. (Light and dries fast!)
3. No batting on hand? Please contribute toward the batting fund.
As we were sorting thru squares...
The mail arrived. Guess what was stuffed in my mailbox??? Go ahead! Guess. While you are doing that, I'm going to close, here. I'll report back next week.
