Design Floor Friday - Bee Sew/Crafty Quilt Retreat - Day Three

Welcome to another edition of Design Floor Friday!!  Today, I am here to share the events of Day Three of the Bee Sew/Crafty Quilt Retreat (hosted at G's Quilt and Craft Retreat.)

SUNDAY, February 2, 2020.

Quilt. Eat. Repeat.

It was not such a LONG day today...

The morning dawned bright and early.  Tiffany was the first one up and at it.  Again.  No picture-proof this time.

Here's a look around at what's on tap for today...

Britt will be stitching additional Frolic blocks:

Tiffany is also set-up for more Frolic:

Carol has strips ready for her newest project:

It appears that Lois has a small wall hanging ready for layering:

Diane is pausing for a cup of tea and some iPad time:

Francine is mere inches away from a finish:

A block is ready for trimming at Denise's sewing station:

Pairs of rows are waiting to be joined at Helena's machine:

Cutting some binding strips will be Lisa's first task...

... While Joy plans to clip apart this mess of snowballed blocks:

But first... Breakfast for all:

Perhaps, Denise will make some headway on this project today:

With clipping complete, Joy can now double-sew snowballed corners to create a large number of Bonus HSTs:

Diane set off a feeding frenzy in the cutting room...

... Cutting and pressing stations were abandoned in favor of...

... "Shopping" for FREE fabric!!  Thank you, for sharing your bounty with us, Diane (and your friend who destashed.)  Everyone...

... Found fabric to take home with them:

Carol got busy cutting her new quilt:

The Sewing Room design shows signs of Denise's progress:

Only a couple of corners stand between Lisa and a completed quilt top:

Our power was out all day and now our internet isn't working very well.  Enjoy the rest of these pictures and I'll add verbage when the internet is fully restored and I am able to work on my computer instead of trying to fill in all these blanks using my phone:

Whoops, Lisa MIGHT have sewn something incorrectly:

Everyone enjoyed their time at G's Quilt and Craft Retreat.  Thank you to Karen for taking such care in setting up the space for crafters and quilters alike.  It was the PERFECT place to hold our Bee Sew/Crafty Quilt Retreat!  In fact, everyone had SEW much fun that we are already looking at dates for our next event.

Until next time...
