Wonderful Wednesday - Virtual Sew Day

Welcome to another edition of Wonderful Wednesday!! I'm here to share a glimpse into my Monthly Quilt Bee's recent (Virtual) Sew Day.  Sorry for the delay, but I didn't manage to write up the post until now.

Here's the (very brief) story...

A couple of weeks ago, I spent some time with these lovely quilting friends:

I worked on my Rhythm & Repetition prompt for that weekend's Project QUILTING challenge:

Quilters came and went throughout the day...

As did our house guest:

I took an extended lunch and the crew had changed a bit by the time I returned to the studio...

With SEW much time away, I still ended up finishing the top of my challenge entry:

Unfortunately, I didn't get many pictures of everyone else's work...

... And to further prevent progress photos, I ended up leaving early.  It made for a very strange day, but I was glad to spend at least a little time with my friends.  My apologies to all for being a terrible record keeper that day.

Until next time...
SEW!!!

  1. Interrupted virtual sew day is better than no sew day! Looks like it was fun, however shortened.

  4. How nice that you continue to meet virtually! I don't know anyone else who is still doing that, especially now that "the world" has opened up again. But getting to see friends who you can see ONLY virtually, is better than not seeing them at all.
