ScrapHappy Saturday - RSC21 - Week 11

Welcome to Week 11 of the Rainbow Scrap Challenge!!  Our hostess, Angela @ So Scrappy, selected GREEN for this month's scrap sewing.  This week, my Irish is showing in my chosen Kitchen Quilt for display during March:

SUNDAYMy entry post for this week's Project Quilting challenge 12.5 went live in the midday.  I got a late start with this one, but had SEW much fun making this little quilt!  It's cute, so YOU are probably going to want to go visit, if you didn't see it already.

MONDAY - Another edition of {Not so...}Mini Monday was released last night, so that I might link up with the Stay At Home Round Robin before the party closed. This morning a new Sew Some Love Sunday post went live.  There's a limit to how many posts I want to release in a single day!

This evening, I worked on my blocks for this year's H2H blocks:

TUESDAY
- Today, I feel like Wonder Woman!

I did ALL of the following...

Wrote a blog post (for later release)
Added quilting to the quilt on the longarm
Prepared packages for shipping (hint!hint!)
Went to the post office and the bank
Prepared and cooked dinner
Made blocks for Round 7 SAHRR
Pressed a stack of blocks for this year's H2H quilt:

Pulled fabrics for the upcoming Salt and Sand Blog Hop project
Trimmed, then staged H2H blocks for the next step
Did a load of laundry and went to bed

WEDNESDAY - Ugh!  It's grocery processing day.  TWICE!!  They forgot to included our dairy items in the first order.  Thankfully, there was some good to go with the bad.  I enjoyed my weekly Zoom call with LeeAnna @ Not Afraid of Color:

I also released a new Wonderful Wednesday post to remind you all about this year's Hands2Help Comfort Quilt Challenge from Sarah @ Confessions of a Fabric Addict:

THURSDAY - ZoomBEE met this morning with these members present:

Finishing up the quilt on the frame ate the rest of my day.  I'm pleased to say that it's done.  :o))

FRIDAY - My morning started with a quilt pick-up:

I was a little late for ZoomKNIT and was very glad that I took our group photo right away...

As moments later, my computer locked up and this is all I saw for more than an hour afterwards:

Eventually, the computer fairies got back to work, in the meantime I loaded the next quilt on the frame:

Once that was done, I enjoyed a bit of playtime.  Of course, that included a rummage through the GREEN scraps:

SATURDAY - LINK PARTY for the Rainbow Scrap Challenge.  I'm SEW looking forward to seeing what my RSC Quilter friends have been making this week!  Alas, that will have to wait until tonight.

Why, Joyful???

My Quilt Bee is having its monthly (Virtual) Sew Day.  We're making Faces today... In a Freddy Moran style Faces Workshop.  (The link her studio tour.) I've been looking forward to it for weeks.

Until next time...

  8. I love reading your Saturday posts. Though they always put me to shame in the production department! I'm just blaming my slow down on having that Semisesquicentennial birthday!:)
I still need to get on the bandwagon for a Kitchen Quilt display!

  10. You're a true sewist with some form of sewing-related events snuck into every day! That makes for a very worthwhile day, in my opinion. Your St. Paddy's Day mini kitchen quilt is lovely!
