Design Floor Friday - November's Friday Night Sew-In

Welcome to another edition of Design Floor Friday!!!  I'm  here to share the happenings of last week's November meeting of the Friday Night Sew-in.

Let's have a look.

As I snapped a shot of Cathy's project, her mouth dropped open at the sight of...

... Rosie's latest quilt project:

Here is Cathy's project for the evening:

Dale has a crafty night planned:

Karoline will be sewing down the binding on this adorable quilt:

Ann hoped to make progress on this Holiday Tree quilt:

Marian sorted through her fabric options for the final letters on her Autumn wall hanging:

Linda and Cynthia prepared to sew:

Jane (?) hemmed a pair of pants, as Sara knit on her sweater:

I opted to leave my machine at home, in favor of a cutting project:

Marian's final lettering:

Linda's piecing project:

Cynthia's Holiday "Twirly" skirts for her granddaughters:

Front and back of Cathy's Pinwheel Quilt:

Rosie is happy to be binding this quilt WEEKS before the deadline:

Karoline settles in to binding mode:

Dale is stamping Christmas cards:

Ta da!!  Marian's letters are all pressed into place:

Karoline consulted the group regarding this pattern...

... And these fabrics:

She will be going with this simplified pattern instead:

Nearing the end of the night, SEE...

This post DOES fit the title, as Ann's Door Hanging is on the floor:

What were you cutting out tonight, Joyful???

Not one...

... But TWO blocks for Covered in Love:

Ann went from large-scale paper-piecing to tiny...

... As the first section of tree skirt was completed:

Since I worked on this at last month's meeting, I brought my "Ella" Donation Quilt with me to share:

I hope my friends will forgive my for a somewhat less than stellar photography night.  I normally try SEW hard to make sure to capture flattering photos of everyone.

Until next time...
Be SEW crafty!!!
