Sew Some Love Sunday - LWR - Quilt Number Seven

Welcome to another edition on Sew Some Love Sunday!!  This week, I am pleased to present the latest arrival for the Mission Quilt Drive here at The Joyful Quilter.

Last Fall, my friend Carol chose a batch of squares from the HUGE stack donated by Nann @ With Strings Attached in order to make a quilt top for our Lutheran World Relief effort...

Not SEW many weeks later, she delivered this beauty:

A couple of months later, I quilted it with a fun free-form wave:

It was fast and fun!  Before I knew it, the quilting was done...

... And the quilt was ready to be removed from the rails:

Then, the quilt went back to Carol for binding...

... And few days later was returned to me completed:

It was a damp and dreary day, so this floor photo is the best I can do:

Here is a photo from the scrappy back that Carol created to go with this quilt:

I want to take this time to say a big THANK YOU to all of those who have jumped in to help with this project.  The project bloomed beyond my wildest dreams!  Thankfully, many hands make light work.

Until next time...
SEW some love!!!
