Wonderful Wednesday - A Fall 2026 (Ravelry) UFO Club Finish

Welcome to another edition of Wonderful Wednesday at The Joyful Quilter!!  I'm here to share my first finish of the Fall 2026 UFO Club.  My list incorporated this month's number for my Bee's UFO Challenge.  The number Britt pulled was #10, but I finished that one earlier in the year.  I selected from the three items remaining.

9. Aboriginal Runner (2022) - OCTOBER (Replacement) -  Here is what my project started the month looking like.  It came to me in a gifted scrap bag:

Backing and batting scraps were located...

Thread options were next on the list of design decisions:

Binding was predetermined.  The winning scrap chunk is shown below:

Let the quilting begin!!!

Each session brought me a little closer...

Thank you for sharing this project with me, Diane!  If it wasn't you, my apologies to the person who actually passed it along.  I love those little hut-shaped patches appliqued in opposing corners.  They made for a fun place to begin and end the quilting of this piece.
