Welcome to another edition of Wonderful Wednesday!! This is the final installment in the min-series of posts about the progress made during last week's Quilt Retreat in the North Carolina mountains. Keep reading to see how it wraps up.
DAY FOUR - Our last full day begins now...
Colleen started a new project:
Here is a closer look at how the finished quilt will look:
Nat shared her Fancy Forest quilt from off her bed:
This morning found Tiffany cutting for another bag project...
As Stephanie was giving Denise an embroidery tutorial:
Johnnie was busy working on a Dallas Cowboys quilt:
Nat has moved on from Fall to flowers...
While Natalie worked on a sweet 9-Patch and HST quilt:
Drum roll, please!!! Anita completed the pretty purple quilt top she has been constructing:
This morning Alice is making some Rope Bowls:
My apologies to the owner of this phone...
I know that you were inspired by the photo above and that the quilt was made using the pattern below:
Marilyn finished another quilt top...
As Tiffany quilted through her stack of bag components:
Annette has the border on her Kaleidoscope quilt top:
Alice is now making a Quilted Jacket from one of Tiffany's classes:
Linda is constructing more blocks for...
Her Snow Goose quilt:
With the final panel complete, Alice tries to decide which piece will go where on her Quilted Jacket:
C2 is trying to decide if the purple centers are "too much" for her next quilt top:
Will she finish this large bag by bedtime??? Tiffany hopes to, which is why she is SEW focused:
If memory serves me correctly, these are Carol's beautiful blocks:
Ta Da!! Michelle just sewed the last seam of her next quilt top. She's not thrilled by the trimming:
Look what Tracy just made:
Denise has a secret, but we're not sharing it here! Carry on with the squaring up:
This is the pattern she is using:
Alice borrowed Colleen's Bowl Cozy template a little while ago and now she has one of her own:
Zoom in on the stack of Bowl Cozies nested behind Colleen's machine:
Is this a look of pleasure or pain??? Time to turn the bag inside out:
Whichever it was, she moved on to helping Alice with her Quilted Jacket...
And then it was time for an adult beverage shared by C2:
It was an interesting Argentinian wine that tasted as if you were drinking a flower:
Just before bedtime, Natalie completed the top of this sweet baby quilt for her new granddaughter:
Then, in a flash... It was time to head for home. :o((
DAY FIVE - Most people are all packed up and ready to go, but I thought you might like to see Marilyn's awesome Duffle Bag/Backpack...
