ScrapHappy Saturday - RSC19 - Week 43

Welcome to Week 43 of the Rainbow Scrap Challenge!!  This post is a bit late and the week may not include very much DARK sewing for the RSC.  Two reasons for that.  First, this happened on Friday...

... And I was doing a fair amount of traveling, , both near and far, during the past week.  You can read more of the saga in the coming days.

SUNDAY - Yesterday, I traveled to Archdale, NC with Marian.  We searched for fabric deals @ the SALE at Pineapple Fabrics:

Today, I drove across town to use a friend's machine (for reasons which will become clear in the link provided above.)

MONDAY - Today included a trip to Quilt Guild for the annual challenge event.  My quilt can be seen in Sunday's entry.  Check out the new edition of Mail Call Monday, if you have time.

TUESDAY - Very little travel was done today.  Whew!  What a relief that was.  I "internetted" by releasing a new Tidy Up Tuesday post.

WEDNESDAY - Errands occupied my time.  I drove here, there, and everywhere!  I feel like I ran laps all around town.

This evening, I released a new edition of Wonderful Wednesday.

THURSDAY - After MONTHS of planning, my annual trips to SAFF has arrived.  This afternoon, I was off to Asheville, NC to meet up with friends for a weekend of fun and fiber (of the yarn variety!)

FRIDAY - Prize Patrol?  Today's travel was on foot.  I can't begin to tell you how many miles I walked.  All within the confines of Davis Arena (closed due to Legionnaire's) McGough Arena at the Western North Carolina Agricultural Center!

Those prizes were for tonight's party at the Mountain Inn and Suites, Hendersonville.  A fun time was had by all.  Thank you to all of our contributors!!!

After the party was over, I planned to release this week's Design Floor Friday post.  Lots of quilty goodness... SEW... You won't want to miss it.

SATURDAY - SAFF Shopping Day!  More miles walked.  Many more dollars spent.  Here's a group shot:
