Anyway... It's not uncommon for many of you to post a response to something I've written, but last weekend we hit a milestone of 25+ comments on a single post. Thank you!!!
That milestone warrants some appreciation. That much, I know. What I didn't decide (in advance) was WHAT the prize would be.
Insert thinking music from an old game show here....
While most giveaways are based on the comments made on the "prize page," I'm going to be drawing from the comments on last Saturday's post...
And the winner is...
Kathy S. who commented:
Congrats! Kathy and thank you, again, for your kind words. Please email me with your contact information so that I can get your package out in the mail to you.
Lots of pretty projects! Love those tiny nine's!!! Have fun digging in those scraps.

Readers, I appreciate all of the kind comments left for me (on any post.) If YOU have left a comment, you know that I respond to each and every comment individually. It's just the way I do things.
Again, thank you for reading my blog and taking the time to leave me a word of encouragement now and again.
What did she win, Joyful?!?!
Oh, yes, the prize. The prize was:
This piece of "vintage" Robert Kaufman coffee fabric that was leftover from the back of my Dad's 75th (Yellow Brick Road by Atkinson Designs) Birthday Quilt made 11 years ago:
Hopefully, Kathy will have a use for it in one of her many donation quilts (or even a quilt for herself or someone she loves.) It's just shy of a half yard of fabric. If not, she is welcome to post it on Cynthia's Orphan Adoption Event coming up in March. You can read about that HERE, down near the bottom of the post.
Oh! I also tossed in a special little surprise, but Kathy will have to tell you about that... once her package arrives. (She got it!! You can read about it HERE.)
:o))

Happy to be scrappy!!!
Congrats to Kathy S. Congrats to you for hitting 25+ comments. ;^)
ReplyDeleteCongrats to Kathy. That is a fun piece of fabric.
ReplyDeleteI was so excited to get the package in the mail today. I'll do a blog post about it this weekend. Thanks for the little surprise. It's super cute. Our 9-year old was super excited too. Packages in the mail are one of his favorite things. Thank you, Joy!!!!
