If you're new here, thank you for stopping by. I really appreciated the comments that I received from those of you who visited from the Blogger's Quilt Festival last week. Thanks again and...
SUNDAY was a day of rest (and checking out all the posts for the Fall 2017 Edition of the Blogger's Quilt Festival!) Honestly, I barely moved from my chair. Is that awful?
MONDAY is reserved for Knit Group. I went grocery shopping afterwards. Somehow, I'm not really sure what happened to the rest of my day. Basically, it went... WHOOSH!!!
TUESDAY didn't QUITE turn out the way I had hoped. I ended up helping one friend in the morning and another in the evening. That didn't leave any time for quilting. :o((
I did spot some ORANGE goodness on my morning walk:
WEDNESDAY was more of the same. My friend's Dad isn't doing well, so I helped out with the kids. All day (and I'm exhausted!!) Fortunately, there was a LITTLE bit of down time during the morning hours:
THURSDAY is reserved for Quilt Group. The morning was enjoyable, as always, but I had an appointment afterwards so I had to miss going to lunch with the ladies. :o((
But, then... live-action rainbow magnet tile fun:
FRIDAY is reserved for Coffee Club. I ended helping a friend during the afternoon hours, then raced home to pack up and head out of town.
SATURDAY is here and it's time to join Angela's LINK PARTY!! I meant to release my post before leaving town yesterday, but that didn't happen. I hope to join the other RSC Quilters on Sunday (when I get home from the back of beyond.) There isn't much internet here :o((
No internet, but they is this gorgeous view out the sewing room door:
So much for ORANGE sewing this week!!! Oh well, maybe I will be able to add the photo of my completed Scrap Jar Stars when I return.
WATCH THIS SPACE!!
Photos are fun, so I will leave you with this one last shot, in preparation for the last day of September...
Be ready to fade to PINK:
Until next time...
Get Scrappy!!!
I see orange in that tree! Enjoy your day.

ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely view. A,good place to relax after, your hectic week. Glad you had the nice break.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it was not productive from a sewing point of view, but it looks like you have been very busy regardless. Better luck next week.
