What was your project, again, Joyful???
I signed up with a different idea in mind than most. Most artists make a plan to create 100 of something. That didn't work for me. You can read about my project HERE. That link will tell you all about my plan.
The gist of my focus...
Decluttering my home and studio in an effort to free up space for MORE creativity. I have worked diligently toward that goal.

I'm shocked that I was able to beat last year's total by 100 items. The trunk of my car was loaded several times over the last 13 weeks, the contents delivered to one of the local donation centers, but now the box is empty and ready for next year's event:
Thank you to those of you who encouraged me in my decluttering efforts throughout the past 13 weeks! My heart was filled with gratitude upon reading your kind comments and I truly appreciated your willingness to continue cheering me along. Additionally, I absolutely LOVE the fact that a number of you even joined this decluttering journey with me!!

WooHoo! Way to go!!! Love that you stuck with the plan and exceeded your goal. ~Jeanne
ReplyDeleteWow! Great job! I also took several loads to donation this year, and have a couple of big tubs of things for my daughter's August rummage sale. I didn't get rid of nearly as much as you but may keep adding to my total. I've taken a break this last month from decluttering, but definitely have more stuff to go through. Thanks for kick starting this!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to end your challenge! Kudos to you!--TerryK@OnGoingProjects
ReplyDeleteGreat job, Joy! We just dropped off unwanted but usuable clothing and a desk was picked up! I don't know the numbers but a bag out a week is what I am trying to do with clothing until it really gets pared down to what I wear/need!
