You may have seen progress pictures in THIS Design Floor Friday post. I have since completed the quilt and have some additional photos to share.

It took several hours to get through the first row...
... And then my own personal Service Tech diagnosed and repaired the problem, which turned out to be a burr on the needle plate:
Even with a "perfect" load, I still managed to run into trouble just south of the halfway point:
