Finally!!! A finish (on 3/28/12) for the Winter 2012 session of the (Ravelry) UFO Club.
I started this ages ago, but never got around to finishing it. I completed the piecing of the center portion at the NTB4 Quilt Retreat. Added the borders at NeedleB's Mini-Retreat, completing the top THE DAY AFTER Baby A was born. The colors were chosen by Mom and should look good in her nursery. It measures approx. 38” x 48” which is plenty big for her to use for quite a while.
With the top done, once again, the quilt sat. And sat.
When inspiration struck, I completed the actual quilting and binding in TWO DAYS. Thank heavens for being inspired.
Now, I just need to find the motivation to get it packaged up and delivered to the post office! (And take Knittingsuek's Christmas present at the same time!)
Until next time...
Happy Quilting!

TWO MONTHS?!?!?
Has it REALLY been TWO months since my last post? Where did the time go???
Well...
February was filled with preparations, attending, and recovering from the NTB3 Quilt Retreat. I worked only on UFOs and must say that I was pleased with my progress.
March has been filled with work, work, and more work. (And a Mini-Retreat at NeedleB's house.) At the Mini-Retreat, I worked on...
You guessed it! UFOs!!! :o)
One might become bored with working only on UFOs, but when you have as many UFOs as I do, there is quite a variety of projects from which to choose. No boredom here! (Just a strong need to finish these lingering projects and banish the guilt associated with starting anything new.)
More posts to come...
Be on the lookout for a completed quilt and the Winter 2012 UFO Club results.
Until then...
Happy Quilting!
