ScrapHappy Saturday - RSC17 - Week 14

Welcome to Week 14 of the Rainbow Scrap Challenge!!  I'm not sure what's on tap for this week.  Stay with me, if you will, and we'll have a look as I go day by day.

SUNDAY - I remembered that I hadn't posted the next step on my Police Quilt.  With that in mind, I give you... pin basted:

It's SCRAPPY!!!

Took a trip to Chapel Hill.  DS2 was home for the weekend.

MONDAY - Knit Group met and Tracy got CLEAR Converse to show off her hand knit socks... in RAINBOW, of course:

They are CLEAR, but her hand knit socks are RAINBOW!!

She was knitting with the yarn from Knittingsuek:

Notice the awesome MULTICOLORED project bag!!

There was grocery shopping to be done and other chores.

TUESDAY - I quilted with my friend, Needleb, today.  Worked on some cutting for En Provence.  Spent the evening with my knitting friends at Girl's Night Out.

WEDNESDAY - I spent some time with a friend before heading to UNC Chapel Hill to drop something off for DS2.  Missed linking up with Kat for Sew Some Love.  And... wanted to show you that THIS happened the other day:

My nod to RAINBOWS for the RSC!!!

THURSDAY - Big storm this morning!!  Pouring down rain mixed with bits of hail.  Scary stuff.

FRIDAY - Took care of this month's bills and took another TWO trips to Chapel Hill!!  DS2 forgot his backpack when he was home this evening.  If not for that, it would have been only one trip, as DS1 and his "entourage" took the little one back to Chapel Hill.

SATURDAY - It's LINK PARTY Day over at So Scrappy!!  Go check out the MULTICOLORED madness.  It's sure to inspire!

Even my yarn is getting in the RSC spirit:

Thanks, Hilary!!

Until next time...
Get Scrappy!!!
